Broken down right now? Here is what to do

Four things that get help to you faster. Read them in the order below.

Call or send a WhatsApp message

Dial +385 91 584 3905. WhatsApp works over data, so it costs you nothing extra on a foreign SIM.

Share your exact location

Send a pin from Google Maps or WhatsApp. On a motorway, read out the number on the nearest kilometre marker post at the roadside.

Describe the vehicle

Tell us the make, model and registration plate, whether the engine starts, and whether the wheels still turn. That decides which truck we send.

Make yourself safe

Switch on the hazard lights, put on the reflective vest before you step out, and place the warning triangle behind the car. Then wait behind the safety barrier, not in the vehicle.

Towing, recovery and roadside help

One number covers every situation below, at any hour.

Fuel delivery

Ran the tank dry, or filled up with the wrong fuel? We bring petrol or diesel to you, or tow the car if the wrong fuel has already gone through the engine.

Flat battery or punctured tyre

A jump start or a wheel change takes minutes and costs less than a tow. If the battery is beyond a jump start, or the spare is missing, we take the car to a garage instead.

Questions from drivers visiting Croatia

The five things people ask most often before they call.

Towing within the inner city area costs €50 and covers up to 15 kilometres. For the wider city area the price is €60 and covers up to 30 kilometres. Every kilometre beyond that is €1.50. Larger vehicles carry a 50 percent surcharge, and nights, weekends and public holidays carry a 30 percent surcharge.
Within Zagreb we usually arrive within half an hour. Outside the city it depends on distance and traffic. At night the roads are clear, so arrival is often faster than during the day.
Yes, including the A3 Zagreb bypass and the A1, A2 and A4. If you stop on a motorway, pull into the emergency lane, switch on the hazard lights, put on the reflective vest before opening the door, place the triangle behind the car and wait behind the safety barrier. Then call +385 91 584 3905 and give us the kilometre marker number.
Call your rental company first. Most rental contracts require you to use their own assistance provider, and arranging your own tow can mean you are not reimbursed. If they tell you to sort it out yourself, call us and we will come out.
Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including nights, weekends and all public holidays. A 30 percent surcharge applies to those hours.
